What You'll Do

• Take part in a structured, multi-stage training journey designed to build product knowledge and service capability in line with brand standards.
• Guide customers with enthusiasm on fit, construction, and style across Suitsupply ready-to-wear and custom-made collections.
• Sell in a professional and policy-compliant manner to support individual and store performance targets.
• Create stronger client loyalty through personalized relationship-building using the Radically Personal program.
• Keep merchandise presented neatly and attractively according to visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain store presentation and day-to-day operations at the level expected by the company.
• Handle additional tasks assigned by the store leadership team.

Who You Are

You likely come from a background in sales, hospitality, or another service-focused environment, and you have a real interest in fashion and styling. You communicate clearly in both spoken and written form, work well in a team setting, and are comfortable with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
