About the role
We are looking for an analytical, detail-focused Data Analyst to support supply chain decision-making across procurement, inventory, logistics, and demand planning. In this role, you will turn complex operational information into clear insights that help improve efficiency, lower costs, and strengthen overall supply chain performance.
What you will do
- Study supply chain information covering inventory, transport, procurement, warehousing, and customer demand.
- Build dashboards, reports, and performance indicators to track operations and spot patterns.
- Assist with forecasting and demand planning using statistical methods and data models.
- Find operational gaps and suggest improvements that cut costs and raise service levels.
- Work with teams across procurement, logistics, finance, and operations.
- Investigate the root causes of disruptions, delays, and inventory mismatches.
- Protect data quality and improve the accuracy and consistency of reporting.
- Create automation for routine reports and data processes where feasible.
- Share analysis, findings, and recommendations with stakeholders in a concise, practical way.
Required qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Advanced working knowledge of SQL and Excel.
- Hands-on experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Working knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, along with stakeholder management skills.
Preferred experience
- Exposure to Python or R for analytics and workflow automation.
- Practical understanding of inventory control, forecasting, and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with statistical modelling and predictive analytics methods.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or distribution settings.
