The role

This is a hands-on Talent Liaison/Assistant position within a busy, expanding team. Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a central contact for talent, brands, and internal colleagues.

  • Represent the talent roster at meetings and events when needed.
  • Build a solid understanding of the business model and help shape talent strategy.
  • Plan and manage influencer campaigns, including schedules, deliverables, and content deadlines.
  • Coordinate contracts, usage rights, and reports after campaigns are complete.
  • Monitor incoming briefs, enquiries, and brand partnership opportunities.
  • Keep records updated for creator assets, brand kits, and performance information.
  • Help onboard new talent and support positive creator relationships.
  • Research potential influencer leads and emerging creators.
  • Stay informed about trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Handle general admin tasks such as inbox organisation, scheduling, and internal communications.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of social platforms, creator workflows, and campaign coordination.
  • Highly organised, dependable, and attentive to detail.
  • Able to think critically, take initiative, and own assigned responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over email.
  • Comfortable managing several projects, deadlines, and priorities at once.
  • Confident using digital tools such as Google Drive, Notion, Canva, and Photoshop.
  • Genuine interest in digital culture and entertainment marketing.
  • Dutch language skills would be a strong advantage, though they are not required.
