About the Role
KBK Business Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join their team in Hyderabad. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and source qualified candidates from diverse platforms and networks.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement through to the final offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand job specifications and to ensure effective candidate selection.
