Role Overview

This position is for a Relationship Manager focused on Motor Insurance and Health Insurance within the Agency Channel. The role is centered on developing the agency network, managing POSP agents, increasing sales, and delivering a strong customer experience while nurturing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, meet, and onboard prospective POSP agents across the assigned territories.
  • Support and manage current POS agents to help improve sales performance.
  • Respond to customer questions and work toward fast, satisfactory resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams so the sales process runs smoothly.
  • Conduct in-person training sessions and provide ongoing assistance to POSP agents.
  • Grow and maintain the local agent network.
  • Work toward monthly sales goals.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Focus on high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Plan and implement marketing activities to support business growth.

Eligibility
