Antalpha is a rapidly expanding fintech company operating at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. The company builds financing, treasury, and technology solutions for institutional clients and is scaling the infrastructure needed to support that growth. Role Overview
This internship is designed for someone who can support daily treasury and banking activities while gaining exposure to payments, account administration, and liquidity management across global markets in a crypto-native fintech environment. It is well suited to a detail-focused candidate who is curious about digital assets and wants real, hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily payment execution and movement of funds across fiat and digital asset platforms.
- Track account balances and identify any mismatches or irregularities.
- Make sure transactions are processed correctly, on time, and in line with internal procedures.
- Support the setup of new bank and digital asset accounts, including document collection, KYC checks, and due diligence.
- Maintain accurate account information such as ownership details, business profiles, and review records.
- Communicate with banks and payment providers regarding account-related questions and issues.
- Work with Finance, Operations, Trading, and Compliance teams on matters related to payments.
- Keep stakeholders informed about payment progress and any pending items.
- Identify unusual activity for escalation, including large transfers, fast-moving transactions, and sensitive counterparties.
- Preserve clear records for audit and compliance needs.
- Follow AML/KYC requirements and internal control policies.
- Look for process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
- Help strengthen and streamline treasury operations as the business grows.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to spot details others may overlook.
- Well-organized and able to handle several tasks at once.
- Comfortable working with confidential financial information.
- Able to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners.
- Interest in or exposure to digital assets, crypto, or fintech is preferred.
- Familiarity with KYC processes or banking paperwork is an advantage.
- Experience with cross-border or multi-currency payments is a plus.
Availability
An immediate start is preferred. The role is expected to be full-time during vacation periods, while part-time arrangements are acceptable during the semester.
