About the internship

This internship is for a telecalling role focused on home loan sales support at a fintech startup that simplifies borrowing through technology and lender partnerships. The team works with 60+ banks and financial institutions to help customers with home loans, balance transfers, and property loans for needs ranging from purchase to renovation.

What you'll do

Develop a clear understanding of the lending and home loan business.
Reach out to warm leads and follow up with them; this role does not involve cold calling.
Describe home loan products, basic eligibility criteria, and the application flow to prospective customers.
Build customer confidence and support them through each stage of the loan journey.
Work with internal teams as well as external partners to keep the process moving.
Keep call logs accurate and update the CRM on a regular basis.
Work toward daily and weekly conversion goals.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates from Pune who can work full time from the office for 6 months and are able to begin between 29 June 2026 and 3 August 2026. Applicants should have relevant interests and skills. Women looking to begin or restart their career may also apply, and freshers seeking jobs are eligible as well.

Requirements

Strong spoken communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Prior exposure to finance, lending, real estate, or BFSI is a plus.
A basic grasp of home loans is preferred; training will be provided.
Candidates who are open to a long-term association are preferred.
If performance is strong, there may be an opportunity to move into a full-time role.

Additional information

Monthly stipend structure includes fixed pay of ₹7,000 to ₹9,000 plus incentive pay of ₹5,000 to ₹7,000, making the total stipend ₹12,000 to ₹16,000 per month. The organization is a fast-growing fintech company focused on making home financing more transparent, accessible, and efficient while supporting partners with a scalable earning platform. It aims to contribute to building Viksit Bharat, one home at a time.

Job offer

If the intern performs well and is converted into a permanent employee, the expected compensation is ₹360,000 to ₹400,000 per year.
