Role overview
The company is hiring an evening assembler / production worker to help manufacture doors and windows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, using a variety of tools, and working with care, precision, and physical dexterity.
What you will do
- Perform manual assembly work using saws and pneumatic tools.
- Operate several computer-controlled machines.
- Carry out quality checks during production.
Schedule and compensation
This is a permanent full-time position with an onsite schedule. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. The evening shift includes a $3/hour premium. Pay starts at $19.82 to $20.40 per hour, depending on the position and experience.
Employees may receive annual salary increases and opportunities to advance within the company. The role also includes up to 5 paid sick days based on seniority, the first lunch is paid for by the employer, and there is a $1,000 referral bonus if a referred candidate is hired.
