Role Overview
The Assistant Store Manager will support store performance by keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently, guiding the sales team, and ensuring the outlet delivers a polished shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle routine store activities so resources are used effectively and customers receive a consistently strong experience.
- Lead and support the sales team by coaching on product understanding, service standards, and target achievement.
- Keep the store visually appealing through consistent merchandising and display upkeep.
- Monitor stock movement carefully, including replenishment, delivery checks, and backroom organization.
- Review sales information to spot patterns, improve performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant brings 3 to 8 years of experience in luxury retail or a closely related area such as luxury sales or showroom management. A solid grasp of luxury watches and jewellery, strong communication ability, team leadership experience, and the capacity to stay focused under pressure are important for success in this role.
