Role Overview

This one-year contract role is for an Associate Engineer supporting Command Centre activities within Service Delivery and Operations in Singapore. The position is focused on coordinating operational workflows, resolving issues, maintaining reporting accuracy, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned across service delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage jeopardies related to controllers, building access, and planners.
  • Work with Sales, Order Takers, and IT to close gaps around appointments that have not been tagged properly.
  • Escalate untagged appointments after confirming that a work order already exists in ESOM but has not yet been linked.
  • Check daily roll calls and share updates with the relevant contractor teams and Singtel controllers.
  • Follow up with staff through partner sponsors or delegated representatives to improve data quality and reduce no-show risks.
  • Review and correct tagging issues raised by Sales, SDE, or Order Takers.
  • Notify Account Managers and Sales teams about pending work orders tied to upcoming bookings.
  • Look into recurring order-flow problems and apply manual fixes when needed to keep operations running.
  • Partner with IT on User Acceptance Testing, Business Requirement Testing, and defect or bug resolution.
  • Send recurring reminders to Singtel controllers about overdue or pending tasks.
  • Issue reminders and notifications to back-end planners for SLDs, fibre routing, and fibre patch cable patching requirements.
  • Manage the bookings portal for internal orders, special projects, and BAU fibre provisioning.
  • Pull and interpret reports for upcoming equipment installation tasks across a rolling five-day window from CPE minus 5 to CPE minus 1.
  • Review Customer Experience survey responses submitted through DFF and assess performance trends.
  • Build, design, and maintain working dashboards in the DFF platform.
  • Prepare and send operational reports to Operations Managers, including daily geofence rollcall reports, weekly and monthly fibre provisioning completion reports, weekly fibre planner updates for upcoming SLD/CE routing needs, weekly and monthly outstanding job reports that need controller follow-up, and monthly jeopardy notifications.
