What You’ll Do

You will deliver high-quality grooming services in a polished yet relaxed setting, using both scissors and clippers. The position is hands-on and client-facing, with an emphasis on strong technique and consistent service quality.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal barber brings solid experience, confidence with both cutting tools, and the ability to communicate well in English. A European passport is required for this opportunity.

Compensation and Earnings

Total pay is influenced by your background, base wage, and product sales. Earnings can grow with performance, and salaries are reviewed every six months.

Relocation Support

Flight costs to Denmark are covered, and accommodation is arranged at favorable rates close to the workplace.

Career Growth

The company offers a structured progression path, with opportunities to move from barber to store manager and, in some cases, into part-ownership. Training and internal education are provided from the first day.
