Role overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who brings hands-on experience in sales and client relationship management. The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of experience and a strong grasp of business growth strategy and sales processes. Experience in the IT or technology services sector is required, along with the ability to develop long-term client partnerships. Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms such as Mendix or Creatio will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and win new clients while cultivating durable business relationships.
- Sell IT services, including outsourcing of IT specialists and solutions built on low-code and no-code technologies.
- Prepare commercial proposals and participate in tender processes.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences.
- Work closely with the marketing team to shape sales-supporting initiatives and campaigns.
- Track market trends and assess client needs to recommend tailored solutions.
- Report sales performance and contribute to business development strategy.
Requirements
- Fluent Polish and good English communication skills.
- Prior experience selling IT services or outsourcing IT professionals.
- Understanding of low-code and no-code technologies and their business applications, or a willingness to learn.
- Experience creating offers and taking part in tenders.
- Confidence in representing the company at industry events and negotiating with business partners.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Self-discipline and commitment are highly valued alongside experience.
