About Practice Perfect
Practice Perfect is an EdTech platform focused on understanding why learners make mistakes. It links each wrong response to the underlying misconception so teachers can pinpoint the exact learning gap and address it effectively. The founder has previously handled exam operations and psychometric analysis for NEET, JEE Main, UGC-NET, and CUET at the National Testing Agency, and also created Saaransh, CBSE’s nationwide school performance audit system. The founder remains closely involved in content, diagnostics, and technology while building the team further.
Role Overview
This internship is for a content associate who will work remotely from India and help turn Mathematics solutions for Classes VIII to X into diagnostic learning content. The work centers on explaining each solution step clearly, identifying likely mistakes, and connecting wrong answers to the exact misconception behind them.
Responsibilities
- Convert Class VIII-X Mathematics solutions into easy-to-follow, stepwise explanations and label each step with a clear action name such as Transpose Terms, Apply BODMAS, or Factorize.
- Spot typical student mistakes at every step and record the misconception that causes each incorrect response.
- Check every misconception by showing, through detailed calculations, how the error produces the exact wrong answer.
- Design diagnostic questions from the solution breakdown so that each incorrect option matches one specific named misconception.

Terms and Conditions
The internship is available on a work-from-home basis in India. The selected intern is expected to start immediately. The internship runs for 6 months, and the application deadline is 5 August 2026 at 11:59:59 PM.
