Job Summary
The company is looking for a Draftsman to join the team and assist the design and engineering functions by producing accurate technical drawings and construction documentation for real estate development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed technical drawings and shop drawings in line with project requirements.
- Update and revise drawings whenever design changes or project revisions are needed.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and consultants to maintain drawing precision.
- Store and organize drawing files and related technical documents in a structured manner.
- Follow company standards and project specifications throughout all drafting work.
- Assist project teams with drafting tasks and documentation support.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in drafting and preparing technical drawings.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant drafting tools.
- Background in real estate development, construction, or engineering projects.
- Good understanding of engineering and architectural drawings.
- Ability to prepare, modify, and refresh drawings based on project demands.
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy in work output.
- Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams.

This position is based in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia and is on-site.
