About the Internship
Join the team at Happyware Home Private Limited, a unique home bar company catering to over 100,000 customers across India. This internship offers hands-on experience in e-commerce sales with a focus on social media influencer onboarding, customer support, product catalog management, and CRM reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard Instagram and YouTube influencers to boost brand visibility.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve grievances promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain social media content and postings to engage the audience.
- Update and organize product listings on various company websites.
- Track daily performance metrics of employees to ensure productivity.
- Handle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities and reporting duties.
- Assist with additional tasks assigned by supervisors as needed.
