What you will do
You will support data-informed decision-making by helping the team gather, tidy, and structure information from both internal and external sources. The work includes basic statistical analysis, creating straightforward data models, and preparing reports or dashboards with guidance from senior colleagues. You will also help record data-handling steps, work with different teams to understand what information they need, and share findings in a clear, practical way.

Working knowledge of spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets is expected, and experience with at least one analytics or visualization tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or a similar platform is helpful.
Preferred background
A degree or current study in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Economics, or a closely related discipline is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote setup, managing time well, and picking up new tools and techniques quickly. An interest in sustainability, development work, or public-sector initiatives will be an added advantage.
