Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Executive to provide extensive HR administrative support and manage employee inquiries via our HR ticketing system. This role is crucial for the seamless operation of daily HR activities, ensuring routine tasks are handled efficiently, employee records are meticulously maintained, and a responsive, customer-centric HR service is delivered. This is a fixed-term position to cover maternity leave, expected to last approximately 13-14 months, commencing in early August.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation; process HR administrative tasks for new hires, departures, promotions, and internal transfers; assist with the administration of employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll adjustments; generate standard and custom HR reports; support the coordination and execution of HR projects and initiatives.
- HR Queries & Ticket Management: Serve as the primary contact for HR-related questions, offering precise and prompt guidance; manage and resolve HR tickets within established service level agreements (SLAs); escalate complex issues to appropriate HR team members when necessary; analyze ticket trends to identify areas for process improvement and enhanced employee experience.
- Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure all HR activities adhere to company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices; support the creation and upkeep of HR policies and procedures; assist with internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation.
- HR Data & Reporting: Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity; generate and analyze HR data and reports to inform decision-making; offer insights and recommendations derived from HR data analysis.
Qualifications
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an HR Administrator, HR Executive, or similar HR support capacity.
- Familiarity with HR systems and ticketing platforms is beneficial.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- An analytical approach to interpreting HR data and generating reports.
