About Rippling

Rippling provides a unified platform that helps companies manage HR, IT, and Finance from a single place. It connects the workforce tools that are often spread across different systems, including payroll, expenses, benefits, and devices, so businesses can automate the full employee journey in one system.

For example, with Rippling, an employer can onboard a new hire anywhere in the world and set up payroll, a corporate card, a laptop, benefits, and even third-party apps such as Slack and Microsoft 365 in about 90 seconds.

Headquartered in San Francisco, California, the company has raised more than $1.4B from leading investors including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock. It has also been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s best startup employers.

About the Role

This opportunity is for a foundational member of Rippling’s Global Implementation team. As an Implementation Manager, you will work as an individual contributor with customers across different segments to roll out Rippling’s global products and encourage adoption. The role combines deep subject-matter knowledge, strong understanding of Rippling’s global solutions, and a clear focus on customer experience.

You will take ownership of independent work, contribute your strengths across product and client experience, and help ensure customers have a smooth implementation journey. This role is based in Dublin.

What You Will Do

  • Build strong product knowledge so you can serve as a trusted resource for customers within 60 days and for internal teams within 90 days.
  • Work one-on-one with an assigned set of clients and lead successful implementation of their global employee management platform rollout.
  • Support customer timelines and product adoption by understanding client needs and aligning them with Rippling’s recommended practices.
  • Bring domain expertise to both customers and internal Rippling teams.
  • Help create and document implementation workflows and best practices.
  • Work closely with internal partners such as Customer Experience and R&D to improve both processes and products.
  • Demonstrate Rippling’s company values consistently in day-to-day work.

What You Will Need

  • At least 3 years of experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar role within HR, Payroll, or Accounting.
  • Hands-on project management experience, including handling several projects at the same time and delivering them on schedule in a fast-moving environment.
  • A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in delivering a positive client experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to research documentation, ask thoughtful questions, and understand the reason behind customer requests.
  • Confidence working with a wide range of external stakeholders, from executives to frontline staff across IT, Operations, HR, and Finance.
  • Comfort working independently, prioritizing effectively, and spotting blockers before they become issues.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude when it comes to resolving challenges.
  • Bonus: experience with HR, Payroll, or Accounting software or processes.
  • Bonus: familiarity with tools such as JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, Outreach, and Mac computers.
