IT Administrator

Overview

This role is for an IT Administrator position with a partner company of Haystack in Kassel, Hesse, Germany. The opportunity is focused on ERP system administration, business process optimization, and support across departments and international sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, improve, and support ERP solutions used by the business.
• Work with different teams to review processes and identify ways to make them more efficient.
• Maintain and troubleshoot connections between ERP platforms and other software tools.
• Take part in system rollouts and assist users at international locations.
• Deliver internal training and help define a role and permissions structure.

Required Profile

• A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a similar IT qualification is expected.
• Prior experience in mapping cross-functional processes and supporting ERP environments is required.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL would be an advantage.
• Experience with Infor LN, or several years of work with other ERP systems, is needed.
• You should have a strong analytical approach and enjoy improving complex workflows.
