Role Overview

A long-established organisation in Cork is seeking a Level 1 IT Support Engineer for a permanent, fully on-site position. This is a hands-on support role suited to someone who enjoys varied day-to-day technical work and takes satisfaction in helping users with prompt, high-quality service.

As the primary IT contact on site, you will support employees with everyday technology issues while collaborating with the wider IT team on infrastructure, projects, and ongoing improvements. Technical Support
