Role Overview
Asegal, Asesoría en Seguridad Alimentaria is seeking a junior-level IT Support Officer to join its Technology Support & Operations team in Australia. This full-time, on-site position is suited to someone who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting end users, and keeping business technology running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver assistance for hardware, software, and business application issues.
- Investigate technical problems and resolve them in a timely, professional manner.
- Handle user support enquiries and provide a positive customer service experience.
- Support account administration, system access requests, and onboarding of new users.
- Record incidents, fixes, and technical processes clearly and accurately.
