Role overview

This part-time remote position is for a Junior Data Analyst who will help teams make better decisions using data from manufacturing, quality, and commercial functions. The role is suited to an entry-level professional who is comfortable working in a structured, regulated environment.

What you will do

• Gather data from internal systems and reports, then tidy, arrange, and maintain it for analysis.
• Carry out basic analytical work to spot trends, patterns, and notable changes in the data.
• Support the creation of dashboards and visual summaries for internal reporting.
• Review production, quality, and market-related metrics and turn them into concise takeaways for the team.
• Work with different stakeholders to keep data accurate and useful for decision-making.
• Record findings clearly and contribute to process-improvement activities.

Skills and qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring a strong analytical mindset, basic grounding in statistics, and an understanding of how to organize data models for business use. Clear communication is important, along with the ability to share insights with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Additional preferences

Education
