Junior Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

A client-side project management firm specializing in delivering projects from inception to completion across Dublin is seeking a Graduate or Junior Quantity Surveyor. This role is based in Dublin 2 and involves working on diverse projects including hotels, apartment blocks, student accommodation, healthcare facilities, mixed-use developments, and various government contracts. You will collaborate across multiple divisions, supporting project management, conducting site visits, and monitoring project progress.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of project teams, supporting senior QS professionals and contributing to project management tasks as needed. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Senior QS, functioning as a key member of the consultant team. This position offers the opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in all facets of the Quantity Surveying function, including estimating, contract administration, procurement of packages, supply chain management, pricing variations, managing plant, materials, labor, and subcontractors, performing valuations, and finalizing accounts. You will also assist in project monitoring and stakeholder engagement.
