Role Summary

The organization is seeking a seasoned Lead US IT Recruiter with deep experience in US staffing and the ability to guide a recruitment team. This position is based in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for W2 and C2C hiring needs.
• Source candidates effectively for W2 positions and handle direct client requirements.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with both clients and candidates to keep hiring processes moving.
• Lead, support, and mentor members of the recruitment team.
• Evaluate profiles with attention to GC, EAD, and potential fake GC identification.
• Use strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with stakeholders and close positions efficiently.

Experience Needed

The role requires at least 8 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to US IT recruitment and team management.
