Role overview
Grant Thornton’s shared services center in India is hiring a Learning and Development Manager in Bengaluru to build and deliver training solutions that support business goals and employee growth.
What you will do
- Create learning programs, course structures, and training content aligned with organizational objectives.
- Run workshops, webinars, and virtual learning sessions focused on capabilities such as leadership, communication, and customer handling.
- Work with internal stakeholders to assess capability gaps through a training needs analysis process.
- Administer the learning management system to monitor learner progress and support regulatory compliance requirements.
What we are looking for
- Relevant experience of 12 to 16 years in Learning & Development or a closely related area.
- A solid grasp of instructional design, adult learning concepts, and delivery/facilitation methods.
- Hands-on familiarity with the ADDIE framework for creating structured learning interventions.
- Experience managing LMS platforms and using reporting or analysis tools such as SAM, TNA, and ILMs.
