Role overview
The Learning Experience Partner will work alongside the business to design, deliver, and embed practical learning experiences that help teams perform strongly and support the wider Mitre 10 strategy. This position suits someone who enjoys collaboration, builds engaging learning solutions, and values the connection between people, performance, and purpose. Some national travel is required.
Key responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to identify needs, connect learning with performance goals, and deliver solutions that fit the situation.
- Co-create and build learning experiences that are engaging and aligned with business needs, learner needs, and performance expectations.
- Lead learning sessions in person and online with strong facilitation impact.
- Help build communities of learning by bringing people together around common expertise, issues, and interests.
- Assess how effective learning has been by tracking outcomes and linking them to performance standards and strategic goals.
- Share learning insights proactively and foster safe, inclusive environments that support growth and development.
What you’ll bring
- At least 2 years of experience in a learning or development position, preferably in retail or another fast-moving environment.
- Qualification in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a similar discipline.
- Strong capability in instructional design and confidence using learning platforms and related technology.
- Demonstrated skill in facilitating learning for large and varied groups.
- Ability to use data and insight to address business problems and show learning impact.
- A collaborative, values-driven mindset with the confidence to handle challenging conversations and sit with discomfort when needed.
- Curiosity, empathy, and a genuine commitment to ongoing learning and development.
