Makeup Product Section Head

About the role

Reef Holding is looking for a Makeup Product Section Head based in Riyadh to steer the direction of its makeup portfolio. This position focuses on shaping product strategy, driving development work, and bringing new ideas into market-ready cosmetics that meet both performance expectations and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the complete development journey for new makeup products, from concept through launch.
• Oversee research and development activities, including product trials, to support safety, quality, and innovation.
• Ensure products align with relevant cosmetic regulations in Saudi Arabia and international markets.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain functions to support successful product execution.
• Track market movements and consumer trends to inform product ideas and improvements.
• Lead and guide the section team while reporting progress to the Head of Product Management.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a similar discipline.
• At least 7 to 10+ years of experience in beauty product development, ideally with a focus on makeup.
• Strong capability in strategic planning, creative thinking, and team leadership.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
