Role overview
Next Match AI LLC is hiring an experienced mobile app developer to own and grow its mobile product ecosystem from end to end. This role is fully remote within Saudi Arabia, with day-to-day coordination with the company’s technology and leadership team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The work will focus on building fast, polished mobile experiences that support the company’s expanding HR and candidate-matching infrastructure across Saudi Arabia, North America, and the GCC.
What you will do
- Take charge of the full mobile application lifecycle, including design, development, release, and ongoing maintenance for native or cross-platform apps on iOS and Android.
- Connect mobile interfaces to backend services and HR APIs while maintaining efficient caching, smooth state handling, and low battery usage.
- Convert design files into responsive, intuitive screens and keep user journeys simple and easy to navigate.
- Oversee app distribution tasks such as beta testing, version management, and submission readiness for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Investigate crashes, refine rendering performance, and resolve defects using live telemetry and user activity logs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience building and supporting production mobile applications, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or a fast-scaling technology environment.
- Strong working knowledge of either native development with Swift and Kotlin or cross-platform development with React Native or Flutter.
- Solid grasp of asynchronous programming, REST and GraphQL communication patterns, offline storage strategies, and telemetry-driven debugging.
- Comfortable using Git and GitHub for branching, merges, code reviews, and continuous delivery processes.
- Excellent professional communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to document clearly and collaborate effectively in distributed teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field.
Compensation and benefits
The compensation package is positioned at a premium level, stated to be 20% above the Saudi market baseline. Monthly base pay ranges from SAR 15,000 to SAR 19,000, tax-free, and will depend on the strength of the candidate’s mobile product engineering background and technical assessment results.
