Project Manager

Role Overview

VisionsDream Cloud is seeking a Project Manager to oversee active company projects from planning through delivery. In this role, you will work with cross-functional team members to keep requirements, schedules, and deadlines aligned, while bringing proven project management experience and the ability to guide teams of different sizes.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring together internal teams and external vendors or partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Keep projects on schedule, within agreed scope, and inside budget limits.
• Help define project scope and objectives with the right stakeholders, while confirming technical feasibility.
• Make sure the right people and resources are available and assigned appropriately.
• Build detailed project plans and use them to monitor progress.
• Handle scope, timeline, and cost changes using proper validation methods.
• Track project performance with suitable tools and techniques.
• Share updates with management and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and put controls in place to reduce them.
• Set up and preserve thorough project records and documentation.
• Meet clients to capture detailed requirements and clarify project expectations.
• Assign tasks based on junior team members’ strengths, skills, and experience.
• Monitor project progress and assess achievement of short-term and long-term goals.
• Review financial performance and adjust project limits to support budget goals.
• Prepare full project plans for both clients and internal teams.
• Continuously build leadership capabilities.
• Attend conferences and training sessions as needed to stay current.
• Take on additional related tasks as assigned.
• Create spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document requirements and workflows.

Required Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate should have practical project management experience, strong client-facing and internal communication skills, excellent written and spoken communication, solid organization, strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Education and Certification

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred. PMP or PRINCE II certification is considered an added advantage.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Peerancheru, Telangana, India.
