QA Supervisor

Role Overview

The QA Supervisor will oversee quality assurance activities across construction and project sites, making sure work is carried out in line with project requirements, standards, and company procedures.

Key Duties

• Deliver quality assurance assistance at construction locations and project sites.
• Handle non-conforming work and materials by reviewing issues, deciding on disposition, and driving corrective measures.
• Lead and coordinate a team of Quality Inspectors to maintain adherence to project specifications.
• Use standard quality tools to investigate root causes and put corrective and preventive actions in place.
• Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to settle quality-related concerns.
• Track, evaluate, and interpret quality performance metrics to support ongoing improvement.
• Make sure all activities comply with applicable construction standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lean initiatives across projects.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Civil, Quality, or a similar discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within the construction industry.
• Solid understanding of QA/QC procedures, inspection criteria, and quality documentation.
• Practical exposure to quality tools and methods such as root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• A proactive, organised, detail-focused approach with strong troubleshooting skills.
