Position Overview
This opening is for a Recruiter working remotely on a contract basis. The pay range is $18 to $60 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the hiring process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, reaching out, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Develop and sustain strong talent pipelines through job boards, professional networking platforms, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
- Carry out early-stage candidate evaluations to measure skills, background, and overall fit for the role and team.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job expectations, interview structure, and selection standards.
- Monitor recruiting performance indicators such as hiring speed, pipeline size, and conversion trends, then share updates on progress.
- Keep candidate information current and organized in the applicant tracking system.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience in either agency or in-house settings.
- Solid ability to source candidates across platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort handling several open positions at once while staying organized and prioritizing well.
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms and standard recruiting processes.
