Role overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer focused on customer application development. The role is based across PAN India and is intended for professionals with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience.
Core skills and domain knowledge
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and custom application development.
- Strong understanding of application design, including UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.
- Experience connecting ServiceNow solutions with external platforms and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, LDAP, and similar integrations.
- Ability to build reporting views, dashboards, and notifications that support operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Build and extend customer-facing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop workflows, user interface behavior, and automation aligned with business requirements.
- Connect applications with third-party and internal systems for smooth data exchange.
- Support ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing customer applications.
Experience requirement
This position requires 5 to 10 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
