Visual Designer

Overview

This contract Visual Designer role is fully remote and focused on making existing business documents, pitch decks, and presentation materials look polished, modern, and professionally branded without changing the core content. The work calls for a strong eye for layout, consistency, and corporate-level visual quality.

The commitment is flexible, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week. Compensation is paid hourly at $20 to $40 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Revamp supplied documents so they are visually distinct, compliant, and presentation-ready.
• Rework pitch decks and slide presentations to give them a refined, updated look while preserving the original message.
• Use PowerPoint and related design software to strengthen the visual quality of slides and documents.
• Apply advanced graphic design methods to adjust layouts, refresh color palettes, and align materials with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the client’s team to understand expectations and provide high-quality outputs on time.
• Maintain a consistently high standard across all deliverables so they meet professional corporate expectations.

Requirements

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Hands-on experience creating or redesigning pitch decks, presentations, or corporate documents for large organizations.
• Strong attention to detail in visual composition, formatting, and consistency.
• Ability to make meaningful design improvements while keeping the underlying content unchanged.
• Proven capability to juggle several tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving remote setting.
