Role overview

As part of the front-of-house team at Browns Brasserie and Bar in Brentwood, you will be responsible for creating a warm first impression and delivering a high standard of table service. The role is centred on serving food and drinks, making guests feel welcome, and helping ensure they leave with a positive experience that brings them back.

You will be working in a lively brasserie setting known for classic British food and service, where the atmosphere ranges from brunch and afternoon tea to celebrations and date nights.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests, take care of them throughout their visit, and make sure they leave satisfied.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented environment.
• Work closely with the wider team to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
