Content and Social Media Marketing Intern

About the internship

This internship is for a Content & Community Associate who will help transform story concepts into engaging social content while also supporting community growth for Axyna. The role is centered on hands-on content creation, audience interaction, and early-user communication, rather than conventional marketing work.

You will collaborate closely with the founders to produce short-form content, manage social channels, respond to the audience, and assist with recruiting and coordinating early testers.

Aracknoid Future Labs is an AI/ML-led technology company focused on building direct-to-consumer mental health solutions. The team aims to use modern technology to deliver a strong customer experience and create meaningful impact for people facing mental health challenges.

Content creation

• Turn provided story ideas into Instagram Reels and TikTok-style videos.
• Use AI-based tools to create visuals, scenes, and other creative assets.
• Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions, and visual effects.
• Plan, create, and schedule social media posts.
• Keep all content aligned with Axyna’s visual identity.

Community management

• Handle replies to comments and direct messages.
• Interact with followers in ways that spark conversation and engagement.
• Spot useful audience feedback, patterns, and insights.
• Support the growth and health of the Axyna community.

User research and beta testing support

• Help identify and bring in early testers.
• Maintain organized records of user feedback.
• Assist with surveys and feedback discussions.
• Summarize user takeaways for the team.

Content operations

• Maintain content calendars and schedules.
• Keep content files and assets organized.
• Monitor basic performance metrics for content.

Other requirements

• Strong written English is required.
• You should be familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content formats.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo, Kling, Runway, CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms is important.
• Good communication skills are expected.
• You should be organized and attentive to detail.
• You must be willing to work from the Jaipur office.
• Preferred interests include storytelling, games, books, psychology, mystery, K-dramas, or interactive fiction.
• Basic video editing experience is a plus.
• Experience managing social media accounts is a plus.
• Experience working with online communities is a plus.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 12 June 2026 and 17 July 2026, stay for 3 months, and are based in Jaipur. Applicants should have relevant skills and genuine interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also eligible.

Compensation and perks

The stipend is INR 10,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and an informal dress code.
