About the Internship

Zion, a subsidiary of Specter Products LLP, is an emerging direct-to-consumer sports brand focused on premium pickleball gear for players and enthusiasts. The company is building a broader movement around pickleball through equipment, court experiences, and community-led engagement, with the ambition of becoming India’s first globally recognized sports brand built from the country.

As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work closely with the founder and get hands-on exposure to multiple parts of an early-stage startup. The role is varied and fast-moving, with responsibilities that may shift from outreach and marketing support to event execution, customer interaction, operational coordination, and growth-focused projects. This opportunity is best suited for someone who enjoys learning quickly, taking initiative, and handling diverse work streams.

Responsibilities

• Support outreach, marketing, and partnership activities.
• Help run everyday business operations and follow-through on execution.
• Engage with customers and contribute to improving their experience.
• Assist with planning and delivery of events and community-focused initiatives.
• Carry out market research and contribute to special assignments.
• Take ownership of tasks spanning marketing, operations, and business development.

Who Can Apply

This internship is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office role and begin between 3 July 2026 and 7 August 2026. Applicants should be available for a 6-month duration and have relevant interests and skills. Compensation and Perks

The internship offers a stipend of INR 5,000 to 10,000 per month.

On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected annual salary is INR 200,000 to 400,000.
