Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer support emails each day, keep the inbox clear, and respond to all questions.
  • Draft quotations and answer product-related enquiries.
  • Resolve complaints by coordinating with factories and manufacturers to organise replacements, spare parts, or other practical solutions.
  • Print and arrange shipping labels for the warehouse manager so orders can be picked.
  • Prepare purchase orders and assist with Cin7 software, with full training provided.
  • Communicate with suppliers and freight partners whenever needed.
  • Support the team with general administrative work across the business.
