Role overview
Aglow Outdoor Lighting is hiring a reliable and well-organized Appointment Setter / Virtual Assistant to support its growing team. The position focuses on customer communication, appointment coordination, administrative assistance, and keeping everyday operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls
- Place outbound calls to follow up with leads and existing clients
- Respond to customer questions and messages
- Arrange appointments and confirm bookings
- Keep inboxes organized and manage communication flow
- Maintain and update CRM data and customer information
- Perform data entry and keep records well organized
- Assist with routine business operations
- Coordinate with the team through Slack
- Track tasks and documentation in Notion
- Review and follow instructions and training shared through Loom
Requirements
- Very strong spoken English skills are essential
- Confident and clear phone communication is required
- Strong written English is needed
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Dependable internet connection
- Comfort with learning and using new technology
- Experience with Meta Business tools such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp is an advantage
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Drive, is a plus
- Knowledge of Notion, Slack, Loom, CRM systems, or AI tools like ChatGPT is preferred
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or customer support representative is preferred but not mandatory
