Role overview
This position focuses on delivering marketing execution and advancing Therapy Development efforts. It combines campaign planning, sales enablement, market analysis, and performance reporting to help guide business decisions. The role works in close partnership with Global Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter resource for priority audiences, with an emphasis on patient-focused programs.
- Introduce and drive fresh ideas and new initiatives within Therapy Development in Canada.
- Gather, review, and interpret data for Therapy Development initiatives across Canada and the EU to evaluate KPI performance and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Create dashboards and reporting assets that clearly communicate results and actionable insights.
- Craft marketing communications that support the regional strategy.
- Design, launch, and optimize digital and media campaigns, including performance tracking.
- Own digital advertising execution and manage digital marketing platforms.
- Equip the sales team with training on products, messaging, and the competitive environment.
- Support product portfolio planning and contribute to new product launches.
- Partner with product managers to build marketing and training collateral.
- Assist with internal and external meetings and administer key marketing systems such as Marketo, Customer Data Platform, Dynamics 365, and Salesforce.
- Perform competitive and market assessments covering market trends, pricing, and positioning.
- Stay current on relevant scientific literature and regulatory expectations.
Experience and qualifications
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of related experience. Background in sales, marketing, or healthcare is preferred.
Skills and working style
The ideal candidate brings strong Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication skills, sharp analytical and problem-solving ability, and a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, market share analysis, pricing, ASPs, and competitive behavior. Comfort with digital and social media technologies, the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting, and strong collaboration skills are also important.

Compensation and benefits
The Canada base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $114,000 for highly experienced candidates. Final pay will be determined by factors such as qualifications, education, and previous experience.
