Key duties

• Provide drinks and food service in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
• Stay attentive to guest needs throughout the customer experience and respond to queries or concerns helpfully.
• Work closely with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly and contribute to a welcoming, safe workplace.
• Follow all relevant health, safety, and site-specific catering or service procedures.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across service and dining areas.
