Role Overview
This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Associate. The role focuses on finding and evaluating leads, reaching out to potential learners and partners, and building relationships through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
You will also carry out market research to understand the target audience, competing offerings, and new developments in tech education. Daily work includes creating and presenting pitch materials, assisting with webinars or information sessions, and updating CRM systems or other tracking tools with accurate records.
The position further involves working with marketing and program teams to sharpen messaging, improve conversion performance, and support growth in enrollments and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research, and qualify potential leads for learners and partnership opportunities.
- Reach out through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage prospects.
- Maintain and nurture relationships throughout the lead and conversion cycle.
- Study market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in tech education.
- Prepare and present clear, engaging presentations for different audiences.
- Support webinars and informational sessions as needed.
- Track interactions and updates accurately in CRM or related tools.
- Work closely with marketing and program teams to improve communication and conversion outcomes.
- Contribute toward enrollment and partnership growth targets.
Requirements
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to build and deliver engaging presentations.
- Lead generation experience, including prospecting, pipeline handling, and consistent follow-up.
- Market research ability to assess customer needs, competitive activity, and industry direction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for online communication.
- Prior exposure to business development, sales, or partnerships in education or technology is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing time, targets, and deadlines.
- Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.
