Care Assistant

Role Overview

Benedictine is seeking a Care Assistant to support the well-being, safety, and day-to-day comfort of residents in an onsite setting in Dickinson, North Dakota. In this role, you will work closely with residents, families, and the broader care team to help maintain a positive and attentive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support resident care and communicate relevant updates to clinical team members.
• Provide or assist with routine care and services according to individualized care plans.
• Monitor resident condition, note changes, and share observations with the appropriate team members.
• Help ensure residents receive care that promotes safety, dignity, and overall well-being.

What You Need

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Capability to observe resident status and follow care-plan instructions accurately.
• BLS certification.

Compensation and Benefits

The posted pay range for this role is $17.23 to $25.63 per hour.
