Role overview
This opportunity is for a Client Sales Representative in Germany, working remotely on behalf of a partner employer that oversees the application and hiring process. In this role, you will support revenue growth by engaging incoming prospects, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the complete sales process for professional services solutions.
You will act as the initial contact for new inbound leads, manage your own sales opportunities, and work with internal teams in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. The position is suited to driven professionals who enjoy consultative selling, relationship building, and meeting ambitious performance targets while strengthening their commercial skills.
Key accountabilities
- Own inbound sales opportunities from the first discovery discussion through negotiation and final close.
- Be the main contact for potential clients and create a smooth, customer-first experience at every stage.
- Run sales conversations, uncover business needs, identify challenges, and recommend solutions tailored to the client’s goals.
- Keep the pipeline active by following up consistently and moving prospects forward through the funnel.
- Study target companies, industries, and market developments to improve outreach and spot new opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to support a seamless onboarding experience and coordinated sales execution.
- Reply quickly to incoming enquiries while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.
- Track performance against targets and take initiative to surpass individual and team goals.
- Help improve workflows and share effective practices that strengthen team productivity and sales outcomes.
- As experience grows, assist with onboarding and mentoring newer team members.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, inside sales, outside sales, or another client-facing commercial role.
- Background in technology, software, SaaS, or professional services sales is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to handle opportunities from qualification through to closing.
- Strong advisory selling approach with a clear focus on understanding and solving customer problems.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport, influence key stakeholders, and maintain professional client relationships.
- Good planning and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple prospects and priorities at once.
- Comfort working in a high-energy, rapidly changing environment with challenging targets.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and consistently focused on exceeding sales outcomes.
