Role overview
This role offers the chance to help improve advanced AI systems while working remotely and choosing your own hours. The work is suited to experienced cybersecurity professionals who can assess whether AI outputs are accurate and practical in real-world security scenarios.
As part of the team, you will collaborate with modern AI models on assignments such as reviewing AI-produced security material, tackling technical security challenges, and sharing feedback that helps refine how these systems understand threats and defenses. Some people take on this work alongside another full-time job, while others focus on it as their main work.
How the process works
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the selection step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid assignments will be unlocked on the platform.

- Build and solve technical security tasks that help train AI systems.
- Produce concise technical write-ups and security-related code.
- Share feedback that contributes to the development of future AI security models.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical cybersecurity experience in areas such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related work, including government or military cyber operations.
- Working knowledge of coding and comfort editing or patching codebases.
- Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level, along with solid writing ability.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or similar are considered an advantage.
