Coordinator for Transport Logistics (m/f/d)

Overview

EHL AG is looking for a Logistics Coordinator for its Kindsbach site as soon as possible. The role is suited to someone who stays calm under pressure, keeps an organized overview even when multiple tasks run at the same time, and already has practical experience in shipping or dispatch processes. This is a responsible position within a long-established yet dynamic medium-sized company with international orientation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that shipping operations run smoothly and without delays.
• Handle all administrative steps involved in outbound shipments, including invoicing.
• Prepare loading documents and delivery notes.
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Manage incoming and outgoing goods.
• Act as the main contact person for shipping-related questions.
• Communicate and correspond with logistics partners.
• Support order processing activities.

Profile and Qualifications

• Completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk.
• Solid knowledge of shipping and order processing workflows.
• Strong communication abilities, along with patience and a friendly approach when dealing with people.
• SAP experience is desirable.
• Preferably, prior exposure to the sale of construction materials and familiarity with concrete as a material.
• Confident use of standard Windows Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Well-organized, proactive, structured, and able to work independently.
• Flexible, committed, performance-oriented, and cooperative in a team or corporate group setting.
