  • Support adherence to internal processes tied to contracts and customer records.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Build and update recurring as well as one-off reports to track operational results.
  • Work through complex datasets of more than 100,000 records to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Assist in resolving system issues in coordination with internal technology teams and external vendors.
  • Take part in cross-functional initiatives, either by leading pieces of work or supporting delivery.
  • Help define what is needed for improvements to systems, tools, and processes.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations, analytics, or another data-heavy role.
  • Experience in high-volume, process-led environments; regulated industry exposure is an advantage.
  • Advanced to expert-level skill in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and Power Query.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale data analysis.

Key Strengths

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into practical actions.
  • Comfortable presenting to managers and executive-level audiences.
  • Able to explain technical ideas in simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Well-organized, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible enough to take on leadership duties or support group initiatives as needed.

Why This Role Stands Out
