Job Summary

This remote contract opportunity is focused on helping improve and train advanced AI systems through high-quality, real-world data work. The role does not require previous AI experience; instead, it values strong subject-matter knowledge and practical analytical ability.

What You’ll Do

Use Microsoft Excel to perform detailed data analysis and uncover insights that support business decisions.
Work closely with project stakeholders to understand what data is needed and turn those needs into useful analysis.
Check, clean, and verify datasets so they remain accurate, consistent, and reliable.
Create concise reports and visualizations that explain findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Spot patterns, irregularities, and improvement opportunities in complex data, helping guide strategic work.
Maintain thorough documentation of methods used, results produced, and recommendations made.
Apply your expertise to strengthen data-driven decision-making within the client’s team.

Required Background

Hands-on experience doing data analysis in a business setting, with Microsoft Excel as the main working tool.
Strong accuracy and close attention to detail when handling data and preparing reports.
Good written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to business results.
Comfort with Excel formulas, functions, and visualization features.
Skill in finding data issues and applying fixes where needed.
Experience in fast-moving, data-oriented environments.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to supporting multiple teams with data insights that influence business strategy.
Practice presenting analytical results to different types of audiences.
Familiarity with other analytics tools or business intelligence platforms.
