Chill & Play is hiring a full-time remote Data Entry Analyst in California, United States. The position focuses on handling high volumes of information with a strong emphasis on precision, consistency, and confidentiality.

What you will do

• Enter, update, and maintain large sets of data in internal platforms and databases.
• Check source records, confirm that information is complete and correct, and raise any mismatches or unusual entries for review.
• Sort, clean, and structure datasets so they are easy to use and dependable.
• Assist with basic analysis and create straightforward summaries or reports for internal teams.
• Work with operations, analytics, and product colleagues to keep data accurate, organized, and decision-ready.
• Follow established procedures, stay on schedule, and protect sensitive information at all times.

What the role calls for

• Comfort working with both structured and unstructured information.
• Working familiarity with data analytics basics and common data tools or dashboards.
• Enough statistical understanding to read simple trends, metrics, and quality checks.
• Awareness of data modeling ideas, such as arranging information into practical, usable formats.
• Clear written communication and the ability to document work accurately.
• Strong eye for detail, excellent accuracy, and solid organizational ability.
• Confidence using spreadsheets and data entry tools; experience with databases or CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work alone in a remote setup, manage time well, and meet deadlines.

Additional notes

Prior experience in data entry, operations support, or analytics support is welcome, but it is not mandatory. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as Data Science, Business, Statistics, or Economics is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience may also be considered.
