Data Scientist / Data Analyst

Role overview

This position is focused on turning raw data into clear business intelligence. The Data Scientist / Data Analyst gathers information from different sources, prepares and validates datasets, and translates findings into insights that help shape strategy, improve operations, and support evidence-based decisions.

What you will do

The role includes examining large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and relationships through exploratory analysis, statistical methods, and predictive techniques. You will also create reports, dashboards, and visual presentations that make complex findings easy to understand for both technical teams and business users.

In addition, the position supports forecasting, performance tracking, and broader business intelligence work. Typical analysis may cover customer behavior, operational measures, financial results, and market movements, with the goal of delivering practical recommendations.

Depending on business needs, you may also help develop machine learning models, streamline reporting workflows, and design analytical structures that improve efficiency and support long-term planning. Accuracy, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals are important throughout the work.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, statistical, and troubleshooting ability.
• Working knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or comparable data tools.
• Hands-on experience with visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid grasp of statistics, probability, and modeling approaches.
• Capability to clean, transform, and interpret large data volumes.

• Strong logical reasoning and critical-thinking skills.
