Execution Engineer (Civil)

Role overview

Key work areas

• Oversee construction activities such as traction sub stations and sub section posts, along with building and infrastructure works.
• Manage resources, subcontractors, and day-to-day site operations.
• Track work progress, coordinate execution activities, and obtain client certification as needed.
• Carry out supervision of concrete works, piling, excavation, backfilling, plastering, brick masonry, surveys, levelling, road works, drains, trenches, and related site tasks.
• Draft construction method statements and work methods, then secure approval before execution.
• Estimate theoretical cycle times for planned activities.
• Train subcontractor workmen, conduct trade tests, and lead regular site talks focused on quality and safety.
• Ensure all work follows approved methods, with close supervision of labour for compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Plan material and plant needs for site activities.
• Prepare subcontractor and client measurements within required timelines.
• Handle material reconciliation and maintain control over site resources.
• Work toward strong client relationships and consistent client satisfaction.
• Maintain safe work practices and follow company guidelines at all times.
